Sheridan County Presby Permits

Sheridan County, Wyoming
As new subdivisions are developed, landowners often face challenging layout requirements due to environmental constraints and limited space for onsite wastewater systems. LMC works with local landowners and excavators to design and permit advanced Enviro-Septic systems in compliance with Sheridan County regulations. Our services include site evaluation, soil identification, and preparation of permit documents to support successful project approvals.

Family Transfer – Land Division

Roundup, Montana
A property owner wished to divide his land among family members by transferring portions of the parcel to his sons without completing a full subdivision process. A family transfer allowed the land to be divided in a more efficient and cost-effective manner. LMC assisted by obtaining the necessary sanitation approvals through DEQ so that each new parcel could support onsite utilities.

MQS Buildings – Utility Upgrades

Stevensville, Montana
MQS Buildings, a growing construction company specializing in post-frame structures, required improved utility infrastructure at their Stevensville location to support additional buildings and operations beyond their existing office. The property had previously been approved as a residential lot, requiring the original approval to be revised to accommodate commercial use. LMC updated the approval and designed new onsite water and wastewater systems that met floodplain setbacks while serving multiple buildings on the property.

Seventh-day Adventist Public Utilities

Trout Creek, Montana
The Seventh-day Adventist Church in Trout Creek planned to construct a small school building on their property, which triggered requirements for public water and wastewater utilities. LMC assisted in obtaining approval for a public well and designed the water distribution system along with a new public wastewater treatment system capable of serving the increased demand.

Peaks & Pines Trailer Court

Darby, Montana
Peaks & Pines is an existing trailer court that required updated approvals from the Montana Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) for its multi-user water and wastewater systems, as well as local trailer court permitting. As a rural property, careful planning was required to efficiently locate onsite utilities while serving the existing layout. The updated infrastructure is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in Spring 2026.
